<p class="bodytext">Three persons, including a child, were killed when an engine of a train hit them while crossing the railway track at Manjeshwara in Kasargod on Wednesday.</p>.<p class="bodytext">According to the police, the victims are Ameena (50), her sister Ayesha (40) and Ayesha's son (3 years old). They did not notice the engine coming on a track while crossing the second track. They crossed the first track after a train left for Mangaluru.</p>.<p class="bodytext">A case has been registered.</p>
