The state BJP on Tuesday demanded a probe into the alleged link of the JD(S) rebel MLA from Chamarajpet B Z Zameer Ahmed Khan in the murder of Kadiresh, husband of BJP corporator Rekha.
Kadiresh was hacked to death in Bengaluru last week. In a statement, BJP state general secretary N Ravi Kumar said that earlier the name of Urban Development Minister R Roshan Baig was heard in the murder of another BJP worker Santhosh in J C Nagar in North Bengaluru.
The CBI has filed a charge sheet against Bengaluru Development Minister K J George in the DySP M K Ganapathy death case. "RSS, BJP workers are being killed by the day but (Congress President) Rahul Gandhi did not even make a mention of the killings during his tour in Karnataka," Kumar said.
