It is said that 130 tourists from Hyderabad had come to Dubare and took part in water sports. When the guide, Prakash objected to tourists removing their life jackets, enranged tourists allegedly assaulted the guide. Though the issue was solved through a dialogue, once the team reached the bank of the river, the guide questioned the tourists for behaving indecently with women tourists, which led to a clash between the tourists and the guide. In the melee, Razi Ahmmed suffered head injuries. Following the complaint by one, Nazeer, the police arrested seven rafting guides.
