Guv okays Dutta as KSHRC member

Governor Vajubhai Vala has approved the appointment of former IPS officer R K Dutta as member of the Karnataka State Human Rights Commission.

Dutta retired as director general and inspector general of police (DG&IP) last October. The Commission, which is yet to get a chairperson,  presently has only one member.
