Jagadish Shettar's brother Pradeep gets death threats

An anonymous caller has made a death threat to MLC Pradeep Shettar, brother of Jagadish Shettar, Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly.  

Pradeep Shettar has brought the death threat by call and SMS to the notice of the Commissioner of Police M N Nagaraj.    

Pradeep Shettar has received a message from phone number 9071457559, which reads: "Don't follow Hindutva and don't move around in Hubballi-Dharwad central Assembly constituency. If you do so, the consequences will not be good for you".

The SMS message says: "Osama Bin Laden is our god. Join us".  

Pradeep Shettar has shared a screenshot of this message with the Police Commissioner Nagaraj.  

"I have been receiving threats for the past one week. I ignored them because all this common during poll campaigns. I shared it with the commissioner only because I got it again," Pradeep Shettar said.
