<p>Country head of the company Antonio Helio, at a meeting with Chief Minister Yeddyurappa here on Wednesday, explained the initiatives taken by the company in realising the project at the earliest.<br /><br />The project proposal was approved by the State High Level Clearance Committee, headed by the Chief Minister, in its meeting held on May 24. The company signed the memorandum of understanding at the Global Investors Meet held recently. The company has proposed to make noodles, mixed condiments and seasonings. It will invest Rs 349.23 crore and provide jobs to 630 people.<br /><br />Yeddyurappa told reporters that the company had initiated the process to set up the unit within a few days after signing the understanding and other companies should emulate Nestle India. <br /></p>
