State forms panels on water dispute

After an all-party meeting presided over by the chief minister, Water Resources Minister Basavaraj Bommai said the committees have been empowered to represent Karnataka in the talks. Members of the Committees will be briefed about the decisions taken in the all-party meeting on protecting the interest of the State, he added.
