A three-Judge bench headed by Chief Justice S H Kapadia said: “It would hear at least three matters on a single day instead of placing all the matters on a day.”
Going by the cause-list placed before the forest bench on Friday, the mining issue of Reddy brothers would come up for hearing on July 30.
