John Abraham turns cartoonist for 'Jhootha Hi Sahi'

New Delhi, Sep 4 (PTI):

John Abraham, best known for flexing his muscles onscreen, says he accidentally discovered a flair for sketching while shooting for his upcoming film 'Jhoota Hi Sahi.

Director Abbas Tyrewala was briefing John on the nuances of his character, a charming guy-next-door while shooting the film. John started putting the character on paper while listening to Abbas, which took the shape of a character. Abbas was quite thrilled with John's interpretation and nick-named the sketch as 'Jhoota John'.

"Abbas kept telling me that my character had nothing in common with the hot and sexy guys I played in the past. Sid falls in the cute space — a fun-loving guy with lots of friends. And while forming a picture of him in my mind, I kept drawing it out on paper. I think he's cuter than me," John said.

Now the director is planning to launch the sketch as a comic series.
