ISKCON gives Scholarships

'I would like to become a Chartered Accountant (CA). I have secured 87 percent in II PU and will be joining AVS Degree College to pursue B Com,' said Sudharshan K, one of the recepients of scholarships awarded by ISKCON Sri Radha Krishna Mandir recently.
Children from the low economic class group, shortlisted based on merit and family’s financial need were awarded scholarships to pursue higher education. Bhargavi M, was a student of government high school in Thanisandra who had secured 97 per cent in the SSLC 2009 examination. Hailing from an economically weak family and aspiring to become a research scientist, she is now happy as the scholarship will help her pursue her dreams.
Sachin S Kukke is another meritorious student who had secured 96 percent in SSLC and has enrolled in Vijaya PU College. As many 250 meritorius students who have secured marks in class X and Class XII were awarded scholarships.
