Zuri Group recasts hospitality biz
Zuri Group Global, on Wednesday, announced restructuring of its hospitality business, unveiling a new brand segmentation model.
The group, headquartered in Bangalore, with six properties across three continents- Asia, Africa and Europe, has categorised them into three luxury collections — Platinum, Lifestyle and Comfort.
“We have taken a bold step to restructure our hospitality business at this early stage. While several brands have adopted this approach at an advanced stage of their existence in the market, we believe a restructuring at this stage will help build a strong identity for our discerning guests,” Zuri Group Global Managing Director Bobby Kamani said.
The Platinum offers high-end comfort and luxury, and will incorporate Group’s Kenyan property Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa and Kerala-based The Zuri Kumarakom Resort & Spa.
The Lifestyle Collection, which emulates lifestyles of clients who are patrons of select brands, will have The Zuri Whitefield Bengaluru, The Zuri Whitesands Resort and Casino, Goa and The Liner based in the UK.
The Comfort Collection offers amenities that are reasonably priced in comparison to other categories and The Retreat, Goa is listed under it.
Kamani said “We believe we will be able to create a benchmark for others whilst we heighten brand value and achieve greater proximity to our customers.”
