Develop love for Indian culture, students told
DH News Service, Srinivaspur:
Students should develop love towards India's religion, art, literature and culture. Meanwhile, they shouldn't follow the culture of western countries, opined Government Degree College Professor B R Ashwath.

Presiding over the Prize distribution function for the winners  in speech competition held under the aegis of Vishwa HIndu parishat as part of World Welfare  Day, he said  the personality of Swami Vivekananda is a role model for youth. Youth should follow  the policy of Vivekananda and make an honest attempt in becoming good citizens of the country. They should also go for social service, said Bhairaveshwara Vidyaniketana Professor Manjula Bheema Rao.

Speaking on the occasion Smt Venkatalakshamamma Service Trust President Vijaykumar said Vivekananda has played an important role in getting the honour to the nation at the global level through his knowledge.

Now, it’s the onus of youth to  carry on the same thing with them. District Vishwa HIndu parishat Secretary M Vemanna, Patanjali Yoga Education Committee’s Women Department Secretary Mangala Murthy, teacher A Venkatareddy, Sharada Vidyaniketana Administrative Committee member T Narayanaswamy and others were present on the occasion.

Taluk Vishwa Hindu Parishat Secretary Diwakar welcomed the gathering and Chandrashekhar proposed vote of thanks.
