2, 4-wheeler rally on Jan 19

Indian Motor Sports Club, Mangalore, will organise Logan Karnataka Agencies Rally from January 19, informed Club member Moosa Sharif.

Speaking at a press meet on Tuesday, he said more than 30 candidates will participate in the two-wheeler and four-wheeler section. The rally will kick off from Karnataka Agencies at Kottara at 1 pm and will cover over 100 kms. Participants from Bangalore, Chikmagalur, Coimbatore and Mysore will participate. The ISD standards will be followed. The important teams which will participate include Lohith Urs, J S Joshi, Mohammed Eshak and Lancy Saldanha. Amma to visit M’lore on Feb 17

Mata Amritanandamayi Devi will visit Mangalore from February 17 to 19 for the Prathishtapana Mahotsava of the newly constructed Brahmasthanam in the premises of Mata Amritanandamayi Math Boloor, according to a press release.
