Fairpro, claimed to be Chennai’s biggest property fair, opens on January 18 at the Chennai Trade Centre. Taking part in the three-day event, held under the auspices of the Tamil Nadu Chapter of  CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India), will be 40 leading builders and several financial and legal institutions. A total 48 top developers of Chennai city and 30 developers of the Coimbatore Property Developers’ Association have come forward under the fold of CREDAI’s Tamil Nadu Chapter. A major objective of the organisation is to provide a fair deal to purchasers of  residential and commercial properties.
