Commending the role played by the media in the social, economic and cultural and evolution of the mankind for centuries, Mr Satyanarayana said journalists act as a catalyst for reforming the system.

He highlighted the significance of sports in rejuvenating the mind and body.

“Take periodic breaks to go outdoors to play with your friends and colleagues. It injects new energy into you, making you even more healthy and fit for meeting the professional challenges,” he told journalists taking part in the sports meet.
