“The allegations made by the BJP that Governor is unnecessarily taking time to implement pro people programmes in the state is baseless,” said Advisor to the Governor P K H Tharakan on Monday.
Addressing reporters at Kudige Sports School, he said that Governor has been prioritising on the implementation of developmental projects in the state and completion of incomplete projects is the main aim of the Governor at present. ‘No new projects and schemes will be introduced till the new popular Government comes into power. Priority will be given to the implementation of the existing schemes,” he said.
He said that the proof for the support for President’s rule, is the umpteen number of people coming to meet the Governor during ‘Janatha Darshan’
