Beijing airport to be shut during opening ceremony

The new China Central Television (CCTV) headquarters building is seen under construction next to a giant advertisement promoting the Olympic Games which open Aug. 8. The spectacular 230 metre (755 foot) building is one of a series of landmarks, notable for their futuristic design, that will greet visitors to the Games.
