Monsoon was weak over the State. Rainfall occurred at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and at isolated places over Interior Karnataka.

Forecast: Forecast valid until the morning of Sunday: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at a few places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka and over Kodagu, Shimoga, Chikmagalur and Hassan districts of South Interior Karnataka and at isolated places over all the districts of North Interior Karnataka and remaining districts of South Interior Karnataka.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the state.
