Wonder la, now almost two and a half years into running, launched four new attractions to join the existing 53 unique rides and Darsheel was there to inaugurate it.
Dressed in a blue T-shirt (his favourite colour), Darsheel walked around the amusement park making heads turn. Be it comments such as “so cute” to “wow! it’s him!”, he handled it like a true celebrity waving and smiling at his fans, occasionally posing for a snap or two.”The park is different and that is what makes it nice,” he added commenting on Wonder la.
The theme park launched three land rides and one water ride. inaugurating the very first ride the ‘Dungeons of horror’, a tunnel that provides the riders a scare of a lifetime, Darsheel came out saying, “I was scared till I realised, they are only dolls.” So which ride did the 11-year-old enjoy the most? “Hang glider,” he says laughing “I loved the ride.”
The other two new attractions introduced by Wonder la are Crazy wagon and Boomerang. The inauguration was also witnessed by I M Vittalmurthy, Dr C Somashekar, V H Ramesh, President, Banikkuppe grama panchayat apart from Arun Chittilappilly, Managing director Wonder la. So how did Darsheel enjoy Bangalore ? “It’s awesome. When I go back I’m going to tell all my friends about it.”
