‘Best Rural Bank’ award

Bangalore, dhns:  Cauvery Kalpataru Grameen Bank has bagged the ‘Best Rural Bank’ award for its stupendous achievement in freeing poor farmers from the clutches of private money lenders. The bank has, through its model schemes, declared 23 villages ‘Debt Free’ and drawn up plan to make 100 more villages ‘Debt Free’ in the current financial year.
