Dry weather prevailed over the State. Maximum temperatures fell at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and remained normal over North Interior Karnataka. Gulbarga recorded the highest maximum temperature of 40.8 Celsius over the State.

Forecast: Forecast valid until the morning of Thursday: Mainly dry weather will prevail over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka; North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the State.
