The kids from Christel House India (a non-profit organisation for under privileged) have been conferred the, ‘Adobe Achievement Awards 2007’ for their animation film “Request from Earth”.
The animation film tells the story of Mother Earth who expresses her grief and pain as she is subjected inhumane ways in return of her selfless love and care.
The 90 second short animation film by these creative minds of Christel House has brought out the need for protecting earth and fighting against pollution in a very touching but effectual manner.
About 900 drawings and sketches have been used to portray the obliteration slapped on Nature by various forms pollution. Francis Paul — a member of the winning team said, “I am extremely delighted with this award but would be happy if more students come forward to save our earth before its too late”
The Adobe Achievement Awards celebrates the student accomplishments reflecting the powerful convergence of technology and creative arts.
Commenting on the success of these wonder kids, Raju Shahani, the Executive Advisor for Christel House said, “children are the future of our country and accomplishments like this make our effort at Christel House worthwhile. We are extremely proud of our kids who are determined to change the world in their own way.”
