Talent hunt by 24/7 Customer
A talent show by 24/7 Customer and a huge employee turnout turned “24Seven Idol”, an in-house talent hunt at HUM, the Employee Annual Day, into a huge success.
The company recently held the event ‘24Seven Idol’ based on the popular TV talent hunt show.
Over 50 employees from different departments participated. The contest spanned over three rounds of auditions held over two weeks.
Participants were evaluated on their singing skills and overall personality.
The semifinals had 11 participants while only four made it to the finals. Employees then voted for their favourite “24Seven Idol”.
Jyothi from the Operations team and Roshan from Learning and Development team emerged winners, states a release.
“24Seven Idol gave employees an opportunity to highlight different dimensions of their personality,” the release quotes P V Kannan, co-founder and CEO, 24/7 Customer, as saying.
The Annual Day—HUM—was based on the theme “Celebrating Change” and included a carnival, cultural events, and a fashion show apart from the finals of the talent show.
Annual awards too were given away, the release adds.
