As many as 425 students graduated from Cathedral Pre-University College Class of 2008 at a formal ceremony in the presence the Principal John Zachariah.  
The graduating school captains also formally handed over their office to the upcoming batch of student appointees. Jonathan Zachariah and Jayati Singh took the oath to lead the school in the next session.Principal Zachariah narrated the “graduates’ pledge” to the girls and boys carrying a subtle message that they were now steeping into the real world outside the confines of the campus.   Another student on stage said he will miss the escapades – sometimes willing, sometimes not – and it’s a sad thing to be walking out of the school gate for the last time. 
Anand Pillai, Vice-President of talent development in HCL Technologies, an old Cathedral boy of 1975, was the chief guest.
