Disruption in power supply

There will be power disruption on Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm owing to emergency maintenance works at Devarabheesanahalli.
Areas to be affected are Kariyammana Agrahara, BDA layout, Devarabheesanahalli, Kadubeesanahalli Gate, Bovihalli, RMZ and surrounding areas.

Phone-in programme
All India Radio, Bangalore, will broadcast a live programme ‘Hello Akashavani M S Ramaiah Arogya Darshana’ on Sunday at 7 pm.
Dr David C Chelli will answer queries of listeners on healthy heart.

Applications invited
Karnataka Kala Darshini (KKD) has invited applications to present ‘Dronacharya Award’.
The award, which carries cash prize of Rs 10,000, will be given to teachers conducting Yakshagana classes to preserve the art.
