Organised by Leadcap, the walk started from Mahatma Gandhi Statue and culminated at Richmond town cricket ground. Students from IIM, IISc and several other schools and colleges including Sacred Heart, Bishop Cottons, Cathedral, Straceys joined the walk. It was led by Sangeeth Varghese, globally acknowledged leadership expert and the author of the best seller ‘Decide to Lead’.
The objective of the walk is bringing the change in the City and the responsibility to bring the change. Leaders are not born or made, but are the ones bold enough to take a decision to lead, Sri Prakash Sridharan, Founder of Leadcap said.
LeadCap works towards creating institutions of change and an ecosystem that can support and encourage positive changes.
