He was speaking at the simple programme organised to distribute cheques to the eligible people at the APMC  auditorium in Madhugiri. “We want avoid the hassle of people travelling great distance from remote villages to the cities for their cheques that they are entitled to. Therefore we trying to put in place a a system where the cheque is dropped off at their door step instead of them making a tedious and expensive journey back and forth,” he added.

Among the people who attended the programme included APMC secretary Nagaraiaha, Vice President Narasimha Gowda, Directors R S V Jain, Nagabhushan, Gopalaiaha, President of the milk cooperation unit B Nagesh Babu and GP President Uma Devi.
