A students’ union leader shot at and wounded an MBA student outside the campus of Chaudhry Charan Singh University here on Sunday.
The union’s General Secretary Vishal Saraswat fired at Rohit, an MBA student of the same university, when the latter was sitting in a rickshaw, police said. Saraswat fled in a motorcycle immediately after shooting him.
Rohit was rushed to a local hospital where his condition is stable. The reason behind the attack is being investigated.
