Zilla Panchayat Member A Lokeshkumar laid foundation stone for the rural drinking water project at Ulugali village in Suntikoppa. The project is undertaken at an estimated cost of Rs 3 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion, he said to dig a borewell B V Ramanath Rai has donated land. A sum of Rs 6.79 lakh has been released to supply water to Kedakal village. The work is under progress. Suntikoppa Gram Panchayat President K E Karim, Vice-President M A Usman and others were present.
