 Parents of students studying at The Valley school, off Kanakapura Main Road, submitted a memorandum to Governor Rameshwar Thakur on Tuesday, demanding a probe into the charges that sandalwood was found inside the premises of the institution.
Earlier, students and parents took out a silent protest march from M G Road to Raj Bhavan Road.
Ravi Prakash, who spoke on behalf of parents alleged that the Deputy Conservator of Forests (Bangalore Urban) and his officials brought sandalwood logs from the neighbouring reserve forest and stacked them up inside the school premises.

These forest officers are posing themselves as hones t and sincere officers but in reality such show off is only a shade to hide their criminal activities.If the Governor does not take action aganist these forest officers who are also campaigning against the Governor himself branding him as congress man,then it is unconstitutional and anti public.

The Governor must dismiss the forest officers,the DFO,ACF and RFO of Bannerghatta area before ordering any probe in to the sandle wood stock in this school.Mrs.Singh,the DFO in connievance with the anekal MLA has allowed the poachers to kill elephants,smuggle sandle wood etc.
Also she has tresspassed the agricultural lands by force like a british sggressor during british rule.She thinks her salary is paid by the British Government!!!!?
