In the midst of the desert sand stands the gigantic structure — the great Pyramid of Giza with the tomb of the Emperor Khufu or Cheops. It would have taken over 2,300,000 blocks of stone with an average weight of 2.5 tonnes, each a total weight of 6,000,000 tonnes and a height of 482 feet (140m) to create this engineering marvel.
What it means
‘Pyra’ means fire and ‘Mid’ indicates the energy levels resonating at the mid point. In literal terms — what is a pyramid? Pyramid (from Greek ‘pyramidos’), is a geometrical object, whose base is a polygon (3, 4, 5, etc), and whose sides meet in one point known as the apex. Mathematically, pyramids are projections of hemispheres, and the famous Pyramid of Cheops in Egypt, in its proportions and location, is perfectly related to the dimensions of the earth.
If you observe the energy flow pattern in a pyramid, or map it using Kirlian Photography, you will see that broadly, there are two kinds of phenomena. Firstly, a concentration of energy that takes place around the vertical axis, passing through the apex of the pyramid at one third the height from its base and secondly, an energy coming out of the summit of the pyramid in a spiral form.
Structural energy
It is obvious that the Egyptians were aware of energy patterns and had used this knowledge to build a proper tomb to ensure that whatever was placed at a height of one third from the base, would remain fresh, and this was the ‘King’s chamber’ to preserve the body of the king. The effect of structures and their impact on human beings and energy levels was the basis of such structures which in modern-day terminology is known as Geo-biology or Bio-geometry.
Research and experiments have shown that pyramids have excellent healing power.
Dimensional study
Geo-biology or Bio-geometry is the study of the effect of structures and their dimensions, on the occupants, their energy levels and how it affects them. This is an essential and most important part of any Vaasthu or Feng Shui treatise. What is energy all about and how does it affect the lives of the occupants in a structure? Well, the scientific definition of energy is the ability to produce an effect. So our feelings, thoughts, and vitality are all energy. The structures and the environment including the décor and furnishings affect the energy levels in a premises, so a harmonious shape, supportive structure and environment ensures free flow of energy in and around the occupants.
The impact of geometrical shapes on human energy systems has always been universally recognised. This awareness gradually disappeared, and our ‘modern’ approach is to consider these ancient forms either as symbolic art without function, or attribute them to magical practices.
Everything in nature has shape and everything has energy. Bio-geometry deals with a very specific kind of relationship between shape and energy. It deals with shapes that bring balance into energy fields. Bio-geometry is a design language through which you can design anything, and use it in any activity in your life.
A home or an office not only has interaction of different kinds of energies but also generates the man-made energy fields and magnetic fields.
These energy fields, especially the EMFs, penetrate all building materials, cement, drywall, brick and metal. These energies are very strong and interfere with the human energy fields which in turn, cause many kinds of disturbances, ranging from sleeplessness to disharmony and sickness in a home. The energy imbalance causes immense distress and the occupants feel the impact in a short span of time.
Adapting designs with proper dimensions and angles in creating pyramids on rooftop of homes and even in gardens, can enhance the positive energy fields in a premise and increase the comfort levels of the occupants.

POSITIVE EFFECTS
• Water placed in a pyramid enclosure loses chlorine and generally tastes better
• Plants grown under the pyramid grow about twice as fast, in their early life
• Food kept under the pyramid will stay fresh for two to three times longer than uncovered food
• Razor blades are kept sharper longer if placed under a pyramid between uses
