I am a 25-year-old girl. My height is 5'2'' and weight is 70 kg. I don't have a woman's body. I have very broad shoulders and bulky breasts. My legs and hips are very thin. It is very embarrassing. I cannot wear feminine dresses. Please help me. Can diet and exercise help?
I completely understand your predicament. The fact is that your physique (inherited genetically) cannot change, it can only be toned down through exercise. So I would recommend aerobics three days a week and swimming on the weekends. This will help you tone down the upper region tremendously. As per diet, two fruits in the day along with sprout salad as an accompaniment for main meals is a must.
I am 20-years-old, 5'7'' and weigh 68 kg. I regularly work out in the gym for an hour. I masturbate four times in a week. Is this affecting the growth of my muscles? Also, I am keen on increasing my height by atleast two inches. Please help me
Masturbation has no effect on any aspect of body development. There are many myths about the bad effects of masturbation, but none have any truth in them.
Most people, male and female, have masturbated at some time. Many do so regularly without any adverse health effects. So I would suggest resistant training every alternate day, as your muscles need to repair themselves and build. You should eat a good amount of egg whites, curds and sprouted salad as they are high in protein, which is required for muscle growth.
I am 23 years old and weigh 38 kg. My height is 5'2''. Everyone tells me I look good but I think I am very thin. I drink two glasses of milk day and night. Is this good? How can I put on weight?
Drinking milk is excellent; as it’s a meal in itself. However, in order to build muscle, you need to exercise. I would suggest doing aerobics/ running/ swimming/ cycling. This will help you increase good quality (muscle) weight. This regime should be followed for atleast six months to a year for positive results.
