Hotel Royal Orchid at Airport Road has introduced the Oriental Roulette buffet at Ginseng. The twelve dishes in the buffet represent the twelve Chinese Zodiac signs. The 12 dishes come with an additional spread of soups and desserts to choose from, to design your own meal.  And what’s more, the lunch is served with a pint of Budweiser beer.

In soups Man chow Soup, Peppery Lemon, Coriander Clear Soup and Jade Soup are among the regulars.

The salads are carefully chosen and made for the health conscious. The starters are just as enticing as the main course.

The main course has Hakka Noodles, mongolian style rice  and steamed rice, fried rice and Singapore noodles and burnt garlic fried rice. Cheese cake, black forest, Kiwi Gateaux and White forest are among the delicious deserts you could choose from.

The buffet is between 12: 30 pm and 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
