Kannada film Jogi was the superhit film in 2005, boosting the status of hero Shivanna while cementing that of director Prem.

The film, exploring the mother-son relationship with a heady mix of love, hatred, comedy and underworld, won popular and critical appreciation as well. Jogi also created history by generating a revenue of Rs 1.6 crore in the first week of its release.

Now, Zee Kannada is bringing Jogi to the small screen for the first time. The film’s director Prem, actors Shivanna, Arundhati Nag and Jennifer Kothwal will share their experiences during the making of Jogi right before the telecast.
