Man killed
A man was killed on the spot when a KSRTC bus hit the two-wheeler in which he and his daughter were travelling to Chittor on Sunday evening.

The deceased has been identified has Ramakrishna Reddy (60) a resident of Kurubarahalli village in the taluk and his daughter Geeta (28) who is severely injured. Deceased Ramakrishna Reddy had recently married his daughter to a engineer in Hyderabad and was on the way to Chittor with his daughter to send her to Hyderabad through train.

But a KSRTC bus which was behind the two-wheeler hit the vehicle near Govindashettypalli cross near the Andhra Pradesh border killing Ramakrishna Reddy on the spot. 

A  case has been registered by the Gangavaram police station.
