The Supreme Court on Monday said cricketer Yuvraj Singh is at liberty to chose his image management company for promoting his business interests. While dismissing the petition of the Percept Talent Management Pvt Ltd, a bench of Justices H K Sema and Markandey Katju said, “It is a free country. We are not under the British rule. He is free to take a decision.” The company had challenged the Bombay HC judgement which had allowed him to move out of the company after the term of agreement was over.
