Accusing the Bush administration for failing to make China play by global market rules, Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton vowed to change Washington’s policy towards Beijing if she is elected to the Oval office.

Clinton launched a vitriolic attack against China during a wide ranging foreign policy speech at the George Washington University, where she also slammed the Republican government for allowing the Chinese government "to become our banker".
