The autopsy report of 16-year-old Scarlett Eden Keeling, whose body was washed up on Anjuna beach early on February 18, have aroused suspicions pushing the Anjuna police to conduct a more thorough investigation.
The report puts it as a clear case of drowning. However, police are trying to find out the the circumstances leading to the British teenager’s death. Keeling’s body was in a semi-nude condition.
The police is on the lookout for two men, one of them a foreigner, seen often with the British girl.
“The medical report says the girl died due to drowning. But our investigation into the circumstances are still on,” Anjuna PSI Nerlon Albuquerque said.
