Mororji Desai was a  great congress leader and a true patriot He had the distinction of celebrating his birthday once in four years. This was because he was born in the leap year. A politician of impeccable character, he held various positions as chief minister, Central minister and even as prime minister of India with distinction. He was a great administrator and ruled with tact and firmness. He was also a Gandhian and a teetotaller. He was a recipient of Bharat Ratna award. Let us remember him on 29th Feb for his great services to the nation and pay our humble respects to him
