DC inspects various places in taluk

Deputy Commissioner Subhodh Yadav visited some of the important places in the taluk and inspected the
documents related these buildings.

     He visited the Sadali hobli office, registrar department, taluk office and several other buildings and inspected them.

As per the scheduled programme, he visited the Sadali hobli office and listened to the grievances of the people residing in that area. He instructed the officials to manage all the documents in a systematic manner at the office.
 He also instructed the officials to do away with unnecessary documents required for the sanction of old age pension and various other pensions. Only the most important documents should be sought from the public and the pensions should be sanctioned as early as possible, he instructed.

Anomalies
The public complained that there were anomalies in the foodgrains distribution under the ration card and also problems in the distribution of domestic cylinders. The DC instructed the concerned officials to take measures to set right the problems.

He said, inspections will be conducted on the road connecting Peresandra to Sadali village hobli office. So far how much amount had been released for the road projects, whether the amount had been released or no, a detailed inspection will be conducted, he said.

He already that he had already received a complaint with regards to the amount released for the asphalting or roads.

Later on, he visited the Registrar office and sought information on the measures taken by the officers for the registration of lands. 

On the occasion, leaders of the Garemath Conservation Committee met the deputy commissioner at the taluk office and submitted a memorandum to him.

Eviction sought
They urged the Deputy Commissioner to evict a land belonging to the CMC, which was illegally occupied by a CMC member. However, the DC informed that since the matter was at the sub division court, he could not interfere into the matter.

Tahsildar Reshma Tahasina and CMC chief officer G V Nagaraju were present on the occasion.
