Free training on call centre skills
 Canara Bank Institute of Information Technology will conduct a free training programme on ‘BPO/Call Centre skills’ for the benefit of educated and unemployed youths.

 Eligibility criteria for this programme is the candidates should be SSLC passed (those with higher qualification are also preferred) between the age group of 18 and 25 years.

The age criteria is relaxed by 2 years for SC/ST in the upper age limit. The annual family income should not exceed more than Rs 24,000. The eligible candidates can apply to the institute and will undergo a selection process comprising of a test and interview scheduled on January 30 at 10 am.

KCCI meet on export management
The Visvesvaraya Industrial Trade Centre, Government of Karnataka and Centre for Export Promotion and EXIM club of Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold a six-day export management training programme starting January 28. The programme will held to motivate more industries and prospective entrepreneurs to enter the field of exports. It will cover all salient aspects of export trade.
