Unidentified bodies found
Kunigal, dhns: Two unidentified bodies have been found din Kunigal Doddakere and the police suspect it to be the bodies of a man and his daughter.
The public found the bodies floating in water on Sunday morning and informed police. On receiving  the information, sub inspector Siddaraju and his staff rushed to the spot and removed the bodies from water.
The man is said to be around 40 years of age and the girl around 10 years. Kunigal police have registered a case and investigations are on.

Bescom fines mobile company
Tumkur, dhns: Bescom vigilance squad raided a private mobile company based on the information that it was illegally drawing power from a tower near Heggare. A case has been registered.
On the direction of Bescom vigilance squad officer K S Thimmaiah DySP Pradeep Kumar led the team comprising inspector P Ravi, AEE Basu Kakandi and the staff and detected the irregularities.
This illegal drawing of power was going on for the last eight months.
A fine of Rs 1,12,640 had been imposed, said inspector Ravi.
