VideoCacheView
If the video you saw on the web is stored in the browser’s cache, VideoCacheView could be used to extract it. It can automatically scan the entire cache of Internet Explorer and Mozilla-based Web browsers and lists all video files that are currently stored in it. With the help of VideoCacheView, you can copy the cached video files into another folder for playing or watching them in the future. The utility can also play the video directly from the browser’s cache, provided a video player has been configured to play .flv files. If you don’t have a video player that can play .flv files, you may try either of these freewares, GOM Player or any flv player. If Web browser based on Mozilla is used, VideoCacheView can provide a link to download the video file, even though the file itself might not be stored in the browser cache.
The utility doesn’t require any installation process or additional DLL files. Run the executable file, VideoCacheView.exe.

SyncToy
Microsoft’s Synctoy can be used to synchronise files in different directories of the same computer or between a computer and external storage devices like the iPod and USB pen drives. The customisable application helps to copy, move, rename and delete files between folders and computers. Select a pair of folders that you want to keep in Sync, via Synctoy and then decide the action — should the two folders be clones or do you need to copy only the new files?
SyncToy supports wild-cards in file names (like *.exe or holiday_*.jpg) so you can decide what files are included or excluded during the sync process. Using SyncToy is completely risk free. It has a preview feature that lets you see what operations would take place during the run without actually performing any changes on your computer. System requirements are Windows Vista; Windows XP, Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0, 1GHz Intel P3 processor or equivalent. The 1.1 MB SyncToy v2.0 Beta for Windows is available as a free download from the Microsoft Download Centre.
