The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) has won its case against a consumer court order in which the district consumer forum (Bangalore Urban IV Additional) had ordered it to pay Rs 3 lakh to a family, whose son had died after being treated at NIMHANS for head injuries.
