Menthya Gojju Pudi (Methi Gravy powder)

Ingredients

Fenugreek (1 spoon)
Fennel (1/4 spoon) 
Chana dal (1 spoon)
Wheat (2 spoon) 
 Curry leaves 
Dal (1 Spoon) 
Toor Dal (1 spoon)
Dry chillies (8 peices)

Boil a spoon of oil in a pan and add Fenugreek, Chana dal, wheat, Dal, Toor Dal and fry it.

Add salt and grind it in a mixer grinder

Fry mustard, Fennel, Asafoetida, 2 dry chillies, little jaggery, salt and 1/4 spoon Tamarind juice with a spoon of oil and mix it with the grinded powder.
