About This Video : As for the recent probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation in the loan scam, there is a mandatory need to have a transparency in loan disbursement. RBI Governor D Subbarao said this on Thursday while reacting to the land scam involving the insurance companies. The CBI busted a housing finance racket and arrested eight persons under a bribery case on Wednesday.
