About this Video: Mexican Central Bank Chief Agustin Carstens was of the view that both India and Mexico agreed on emerging markets to have a higher representation in the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He said this in the course of his visit to New Delhi on Friday as he campaigned for the coveted post of Managing Director of IMF. Carstens called on Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee to drum up support in New Delhi for his candidacy as the window for nominations closes. Speaking to the mediapersons he said the meeting with Mukherjee was constructive as they discussed various issues concerning emerging economies of the world.
