About this Video: Fans of England soccer captain John Terry in India have condemned the use of his image, without his permission, by a tobacco company for its product. The blurry photograph of a man resembling Terry appears on packets of Gold Flake cigarettes and other brands with a superimposed set of blackened lungs and the warning saying “Smoking Kills”. Terry's representatives have been planning to take a legal action against the company.
