About this Video: A large number of devotees has thronged to renowned temple of Hindu deity Lord Krishna in Uttar Pradesh to mark the beginning of 40-day colour festival, Holi. Significantly, the annual festival of Holi is celebrated across the country for two days in the month of March. However, in the holy city of Vrindavan, also known as native land of Lord Krishna as per Hindu mythology, the celebrations begin 40 days prior to the festival. Devotees were seen dancing, singing religious songs and playing with dry colours in the compound of renowned Banke Bihari temple.
