About This Video : Finance Minister, P Chidambaram today spoke at length on the ambitious cash transfer scheme which was to be unveiled in January 2013. He said, some bits of information were made public but the greater point was that in the digital age the direct cash transfer scheme and the UID were going to change the way banks worked. Here is what Chidambaram said.
